MiKiDo Kids Club provides one of the best martial arts camp sessions in all of Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metro area.
-Week 1: July 9th - July 13th
-Week 2: July 23rd - July 27th
-Week 3: August 6th - August 10th
-Week 4: August 20th - August 24th
-Week 5: August 27th - August 31st
MiKiDo Martial Arts Summer Camp will teach children focus, respect, discipline and self-confidence as well as practical skills they will carry with them for a lifetime. Children will make friends, participate in character development activities, go on exciting field trips, and learn to defend themselves.
Every morning, campers are informed of the cool activities they will be doing throughout the day. These activities will include: Learning proper nutrition through fun and exciting games, proper stretching and warm-up techniques, as well as the culture and background of each of the martial arts covered.
Each day we will explore a different martial art, including:
Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Boxing, and traditional
Mikido forms, to provide your child with a cursory understanding of each
discipline.

Here the children get to learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. If you want to good player for this particular game then you have to practice always. The main practice is key for this game. Kids Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Connecticut
